Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Maple App Studio ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Maple App Studio provides custom mobile and web application development services, including but not limited to:

• iOS and Android mobile app development
• Web application development
• UI/UX design services
• App maintenance and support
• Technical consulting

Project Engagement

All project engagements are subject to the following conditions:

• Scope: Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal
• Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement, typically requiring an upfront deposit
• Communication: Clients agree to provide timely feedback and necessary materials for project completion
• Changes: Any changes to the agreed scope may affect timeline and pricing

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client receives ownership rights to custom code and designs created specifically for their project
• We retain rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development
• We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Ensure you have the right to use any content, images, or materials you provide
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work. However:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that applications will be free from bugs or errors
• We are not responsible for third-party services, APIs, or platforms
• Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maple App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid for uncompleted work will be handled according to the project agreement.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
